I. preparation required before exchanging a purchase
1. Call 021-32270150 or email our customer center, tell us the reason of your request
2. keep the whole of the original proudct, equipments, manual, quality guarantor, invoice etc

II. when can the exchanging of purchase accepted
1. replacement of a purchase can only be accepted when
A. the buyers are not satisfied with our products and have not use it three days after they received the products (the date of receit)
B. there are quality problems 7 days after receiving the products
C. within the quality guarantee time, in accordance with the replacement conditions, when we are short of the products of the same model and specification, while the buyers do not want others
2. exchange of a purchase can be accepted when
A. the products haven't been used 3 days after receit
B. there are quality problems 15 days after receiving the products

III. transportation fee for replaceing and exhcange you products
1. the consumers should pay on the following conditions:
A. the users required to exchange or replace the products 3 days after receipt because they were not used
B. without quality guarantee time, replace or exchange products with our help
C. deliver the products to us by mail or other methods without our concent
D. the equipments are delivered to us in another pack by mail or other methods
2. we will pay if
A. there are quality problems 7 days after receipt of the product
B. there are quality problems 15 days after receipt of the product
C. the wrong model was selected because the information on our website is input incorrectly--we are only responsible for replacement and exchange.

IV. replacement and exchange will not be accepted if
1. there are quality problems after normal usage
2. the products are stored or exposed in places which are not suitable for them
3. unauthorized repairment, misusage, accedient, misinstallation
5. erosed by food or liquid
6. normal damage after be used
7. the users haven't contact with our service center
8. there are damage on the equipments or packages of the products
9. the products are not bought from us
