Dual-channel digital oscilloscope ScopeDAQ 12 allows the user to capture the data with frequency 50MHz. Higher sampling frequency (100MHz) is available in case of using one channel.
Basic version of the instrument is equipped with 128K data buffer, optionally it can be enlarged up to 512KB.
